Once the website issues were resolved (page would get stuck and not let you check out), the app started working a lot better. The layout is clean and user-friendly. I wish you could add multiple items to your cart instead of checking out each item one at a time.

I booked a London transfer. It said all airports. The booking then came back with Gatwick and on request. I booked within 24 hours and they charged me, but they said they would confirm in 48 hours. No way to filter. Bad experience

Great App to get ideas, but here the drawbacks: Not really cheaper than on the sites that offer the original deal. Not offering enough payment methods (no American Express, no local methods) Constantly annoys with wanting access to your location data.

Absolutely horrid experience with the company that I booked our tour with. However, when I reached out to GetYourGuide with my frustrations and issues they addresses them immediately. After hearing all the details and discrepancies with the tour I booked GetYourGuide followed up with the tour company (Though the company never got back to them) and after that they issued me a small refund. Good experience with GetYourGuide (They assured me they do hold the tour companies accountable with what they list in their postings) but I feel other booking sites may be safer as far as booking reputable tour companies is concerned. May try them out again in the future though I will tread lightly.

Easy to read app, with nice large print. It does not reposition itself if you turn the iPad 90 degrees. It would also be GREAT if the other tours we booked before downloading the ap would show up. The ap shows a senior price where the main website does not.

Fantastic app that is easy to navigate travel trips and tours while being able to use PayPal

Ive used this app for booking activities in London, Prague, Berlin, and Paris. Lots of skip-the-line options and good ideas for what to do in each city.

Not a full guidebook but rather a way to book tours during your travels. Is very easy to use and book with.

App crashes when you try to pay with credit card. Forced to use PayPal.

Im just about ready for a great adventure in another state, so I need apps that can show me things to do. This app is the one for me and should be for others. You can book so many things. I found things I never knew existed. Great job by the developers!!!!

Seems great back lacks content to many places

Asking me to sign up before Im able to even understand what the app offers. Deleted.

Bought a pass for my trip next month, and about a month later, I got an email saying the price had gone up and I needed to pay an extra amount. Apparently the "supplier" had put up the wrong price. Never had I been asked to pay up the difference for a companys mistake. Emailed back and forth, and theres nothing they can do.

I tried to book a car from Heathrow. The website wouldnt let me put put in the proper date and I emailed them multiple times with the correct info according to their instructions. They sent the car a day early, and acted as if my emails didnt exist in spite of my resending them. They refused any restitution, and I deleted the app. Be wary.

Great app for exploring tours around the world. Have been a fan of aviator and now am a fan of Get Your Guide. Easy to navigate and simple to book and pay for tours.

Not recommended as the only app you use in your travels. Youll miss a lot. However for all things booking and ticketing, this is a great and simple app to use. I recommend trying out the trip advisor app and comparing the two. Trip advisor is a bit more detailed and extensive while GYG is more simple and looks nicer. Triposo is a great all around app that would actually be described as a "guide" unlike this applications name. Also the website "atlas Obscura" is perfect for finding historic, beautiful, and less mainstream locations.

We ordered tickets got to Disney and no tickets. We had a confirmation number and we were charged on our credit card. We had to wait 45 minutes at Disney to get this problem solved. Disney told us that they dont take 3rd party tickets and it would take 4-6 weeks to get our money back and then we had to buy tickets from Disney to get in.
