Be weary of the tour companies within this site.

Absolutely horrid experience with the company that I booked our tour with. However, when I reached out to GetYourGuide with my frustrations and issues they addresses them immediately. After hearing all the details and discrepancies with the tour I booked GetYourGuide followed up with the tour company (Though the company never got back to them) and after that they issued me a small refund. Good experience with GetYourGuide (They assured me they do hold the tour companies accountable with what they list in their postings) but I feel other booking sites may be safer as far as booking reputable tour companies is concerned.

May try them out again in the future though I will tread lightly.
